Ken Davidson has retired from the active practice of law and is not accepting new clients.

Ken Davidson possesses a broad range of experience representing clients in litigation as well as business and real estate transactions. He has handled lawsuits involving construction liens and disputes, real estate purchase contracts, wrongful termination of employment, medical and legal malpractice, wrongful death, partnership disputes, stockbroker misconduct and real estate title disputes. He advises clients on business matters including the formation of limited liability companies, corporations, and partnerships and the sale of business interests.  He also counsels clients concerning real estate investments including the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate.
